Voluntary 30-day rear-shock satisfaction return
For an eligible Traveler or Xtreme rear shock purchased directly from TFX, notify TFX within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing sales@tfxsuspension.com. The shock must be undamaged, without scratches or disqualifying signs of use. The customer pays direct return transport.
Rider-specific Cartridge
The Cartridge is manufactured or configured to the individual rider's confirmed specifications. Where the personalised-goods exception applies, distance-sale withdrawal for a change of mind does not apply. Statutory rights for defects or non-conformity remain unaffected.
