Consumer rights
Commercial warranty and statutory rights are separate.
These commercial warranties are additional benefits. They do not replace, restrict or shorten any mandatory statutory rights you may have against the seller when goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.
Rear shocks
Traveler and Xtreme rear shocks have a five-year TFX commercial warranty for recreational use, subject to the published product conditions and servicing no later than every two years or 30,000 km, whichever occurs first.
Cartridge
The CFMOTO 450MT Cartridge has a two-year TFX commercial warranty against manufacturing and material defects during normal intended use. Its rider-specific configuration does not remove statutory rights concerning conformity, defects, transport damage or incorrect delivery.
Fork springs and oil
Mandatory statutory rights apply to the supplied progressive fork springs. Fork oil is a consumable and has no additional TFX commercial warranty beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Making a claim
Contact the seller named on your order and provide the order number, product SKU, a clear description of the issue, photographs where useful, mileage, use and service history. Email sales@tfxsuspension.com.
